Q – How do I find a particular song?

A – If you know your genre category, just click on it. If not do a search for the song title or Artist’s Name.

Q – Why do you charge Sales Tax?

A – We have to pay sales tax to our municipality

Q – How long will it take to get my download(s)?

A – You should be able to download your track(s) immediately from the Thank you page after your checkout is complete, however you will get an email within 15 minutes of your purchase (please check your Spam folder before contacting Administration) and you will have 12 hours and 5 attempts to download your purchase.

Q – How do I contact your customer service if I have trouble?
